In these one hour classes youngsters are taught how to groom and tack up their pony and how to steer around obstacles.  (Riding time is around 20-30 min.) An emphasis is placed on safety around horses and ponies.

Group Lesson

(Unmounted)

This is a one hour unmounted class that teaches youngsters how to care for and safely maneuver around ponies. Time is spent learning the parts of the horse, how to groom and give treats safely. Parent participation is required and encouraged. If you're looking for a great way to bond with your horse crazy child this is the best place to start! (Grandparents welcome!)
